To Whom it may concern:
We as the family of Coach Ed Bayne have discussed with Sculptor Lyle Johnson the creation of a heroic sculpture of Coach Ed Bayne to be placed at Cobb Field.
We assume no financial responsibility for the project but have provided the necessary photos, stories and information to help the sculptor know and understand the qualities of this great man.
We have been involved in the design and approval process along with others to insure integrity regarding physical appearance and demonstration of personality.
As a family we visited his other works around our Billings area and are pleased to have Lyle Johnson undertake this project which has great meaning for us and we hope it does for you as well.
